I enjoy exploring and visiting new places. Going for a walk and breathing in all the beauty that Mother Nature has to offer is a good way to help cleanse your soul and detach from the constant pull and demand from the modern world of technology.
Choosing to leave our phones at home, we often go for a walk armed with nothing but our camera for those wildlife and scenery opportune moments.
I find that I am inspired and motivated when I am outdoors within nature. Not only is it exercise for the body, but it’s a brilliant way to find peace and to quiet a busy mind.
Being at one with nature is such a fabulous way to unwind, de-stress and relax. I always make sure to hug a tree or two on my journey!
